The registry follows a standardized process for accepting and publishing state governance data.

States submit structured governance data through the official form.

Each submission is reviewed for formatting and completeness before publication.

The published registry reflects the most recent accepted submission for each state.

If multiple submissions exist, the Registrar's submission carries publication priority.
